Ever made panang gai for breakfast? Good stuff, man. But just a couple o' hints:

1. Just because a little fish sauce is good doesn't mean a lot will be better.

2. Don't let the Rusty Metal Chef fool ya. A curry by any other name (Indian) will NOT taste as good.
